Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory OST 19 Last Battle/4th Dimension

I finally fixed this the track, no more weird audio sounds at around 2 minutes and 40 seconds to 3. Additionally, I was able to make the track loop back to the beginning at the 4 minute mark better.
So there turns out only 2 uploads of this track are even on KZbin and the quality for them are decent considering they were uploaded 12+ years ago. So here is a high quality version. Fun fact, Rebirth 3 removed this track for Aura of Hope aka True Arfoire theme for the good ending.
