As someone who used to troop as Vader for the 501st that looks pretty good. Far better than the Rubies Supreme. Just the thinness of the shoulder armour that let's it down. But you can pick up pretty good fiberglass sets for not that much. I even like the way they've replicated the Aglok chain. That's a nice touch. Best advice get some 8mm U track rubber trim and place it on the bottom edge of the shins. That way, you won't destroy whatever boots you decide to wear with the costume. I went through two pairs of boots before I realised that adding rubber trim at the bottom of the shin would stop the shins tearing through my boots.

yes the shoulder armor feels kinda thin but still looks pretty good up close my issue, which is not an issue but I would like the armor to be a little bit heavier to balance out the cape since the cape is doubled lined and has 2 types of cloth for inside and out it gets pretty heavy meanwhile the armor is thin and light which makes it weird but not bad

I'm a 501st Vader (ANH *and* ROTS). I also own a Rubies Supreme. I think Jaz did a great job. It's now the best licensed version of Vader, in my opinion. In comparison, a 501st Vader suit will cost at least $3500 and take as many as 2 years to complete. For the Jaz, i wish they had given a 3\4 circle cape. You won't get 501st approved in the Jaz, but so what? It's an amazing costume for the price. Congrats on getting it!

As a 501st vader, my opinion is that for the price it's good. You could swap out the belt and cod piece for a more accurate look. Overall decent though

I don't see this being able to stand side by side with 501st grade...ever. 501st has this stuff on lock down and ive yet to see anything short of 4-5k investment that stacks up.

one very awesome thing all together, bro. one issue i seen with it is you mentioned the lower area has a zipper for you to go number one. but, what happens if you need to go number two ? will you have to take apart the whole suit in order to do so ? also, i think the voice changer vader helmet would work better with it, if you want to sound like vader more. also it seems you will either need a lot of help to do it all or two different mirrors. either way, the suit looks neat on ya. congrats. also,. The taller the better for Vader the suit will add some height but only a few inches. I'm 6'5" and have trooped as Vader for years.

I got the same suit. I’m 6,2 slim-ish at 190lbs. An XL fits perfect! Definitely worth buying because you aren’t getting anything cheaper than that with such good quality. I spent only maybe 50$ on stuff to adjust the cape and shoulder armor pieces to sit more sturdy.

How good is the quality. Is the plastic for the mask thick?

@@dallionaire8947 I would say comparable to Hasbro. But it’s not lined and there is no padding. Just straps to tighten around your head and a soft foam for your nose. I’m Not a fan of the plastic clips that lock the two pieces though.

Thank u for that Video! Nicely done and very informative. Hmmmm....for the Price u got the Suit i thinks its exzelent! My biggest Fear would be checking this Suitcase in at an Airport! The embossed Vader is a Big giveaway for whats inside! i would have preferet a more "discret" one! Next is how well the faux Leather holds up over Time. Over all the biggest Pro is that u have a Whole Suit for a 1 Time buy. But if u have to Spent the 1000 Dollar for that, i would spent that 500+ more and go for real Leather Options and not those flimsy PLastic. Yes, one would have to seek down individual Parts to get the Suit together, but those would look even better and are more sturdy and last longer. In the End it depends on the índividual Needs.: - (1000 Dollar) If u just need a compleat Suit that looks good and u dont care what it is made of and wear it just once a Year, i say go for it! - (640 Dollar) Thats a NOBRAINER!!!!!!! Go get One!
