Once you link the point cloud into your project how do you alight it correctly to real north?

When I start a project, before I do any modeling or importing of point clouds, I create the property lines, rotate true north, draft the building footprint and move the project up to the elevation I want. THEN I import the point cloud and just move it into place in plan and section. I cover this process in a new course I'm working on: revit-stuff.teachable.com/p/rebuild
