Many thanks for the insights about the park. Especially since there is so little information about the current situation in the park and Hyperia in German-speaking countries, it's even more valuable to receive such firsthand information. Personally, I find it disappointing that the roller coaster is experiencing so many issues. I hope Mack Rides and the park can resolve these problems. I recently visited a park with a similar issue concerning an Intamin water attraction. A month ago, we were at Legoland Germany, and the Wingcoaster kept stopping; eventually, it got stuck on the lift hill and stopped running altogether. It's quite frustrating.😢

This RAP situation…while it is locking people out a month in advance, it’s clearly not customer friendly. It has been the one huge downwer for our family on an otherwise great season. Just up the cap or get rid! It’s keeping people from visiting. Great vlog, as ever. Glad Hyperia ran.

Thanks for watching, in terms of rap it’s kind of working in terms of the rap queues are a lot less but agree you can’t just get up and go anymore with planning a day out has to happen a month in advance for a rap user 😤 maybe the numbers just need to be upped by 10% and that may help.

@@AdventureTimesUK there’s clearly room to adjust the numbers because the RAP queues are so short. I just don’t think Merlin has any idea of how to adjust them to keep it balanced. I offered a solution of having no cap, and putting staff on queues who monitor the length, keeping it at 25 mins (or so) max. That way nobody is turned away before they can even book a visit, and queues are kept short.

Sorry you couldn’t ride Hyperia today Hayley 😔 but glad Chris got his 3rd ride. I’m going this coming Thursday and Friday. Moved our dates from 3rd/4th June due to the closure. I’d booked my first ever RAP for that visit. Is my RAP transferable to my new dates for next week do you know? Or would I have to rebook? Any advice would be very appreciated! Tysm guys!

We did i(Chris) had one ride using the single rider queue which was fantastic, there’s still some issues with down time at the start and end of the day but hopefully now on the road to no more issues 🤞

For single rider, did you have to Q in the pre q before choosing main q or single rider ect
