Hi Nick, how does a narrower board differ from standard width? The Pleasure is about 2cm narrower than the union. What size did you ride in this review? Thanks

Hey! Yes would say a more of a narrow width boards reduces drag and makes the board ride allot more quicker on the water. Snappier turns etc :)

@@thenickdaviesshow1531 Hi Nick, I can't choose between Pleasure, ATV and Ronix Atmos. I mostly do kickers, rails and I started to learn air tricks. I had a Slingshot Shredtown 147 (2018), it is quite wide and stable, and now I want to try something new but the modern trend to longer and narrower boards makes me confused about sizing. I'm 87 kg and 39 yrs, so probably in any case I should go with 150+ size to make landings easier for my knees. Also I think channels should help with holding the edge before release, am I right?

I got the Wishbone 3 years ago and had pressure dings in the base and crushed my sidewalls and had to repair them multiple times with epoxy. I would love to get the Pleasure, but my experience with durability were bad as mentioned. 🙈 how did the board hold up durability wise?

Hi Nick, what would you recommend for a beginner who'd like to try air tricks in the long term as opposed to obstacles riding - Pleasure or Union boards? Thank you!

Hi Alexander, thanks for reaching out. I like both boards allot, I would said the union is more heavy duty so it would last a bit longer but the pleasure is more playful and fun popping around on the water. Pleasure is softer so it's perfect for rails and cruising about. union more stiff which will be responsive on edging so would load the line easier. Try both.. Great boards ::

Nick, can you compare this one to the ronix selekt? Which do you prefer and why?

Hey! Yes no worries. I like both boards allot! I think the pleasure is more of a softer jib board but you can still ride all features and Airtricks. The selekt is more of a heavy duty board that will last anything and also have a really cool rod system on the tip which allows you to crest you preferred flex pattern. The pleasure is a touch lighter and I would say bit more flex. Both great for airtricks, selekt stronger for landings and more durable. Enjoy

Hi! is the board in the video a 148 or 152? And does the narrow profile makes it feel less stable on landing compare to wider board? thank u!

Hey! This is a 148 and good question! I personally think a smaller stance makes it harder to land more stable, but think having a narrow stance about shoulder width apart will help my knees and also makes the board better for presses and quick movements, big landlings maybe more challenging! Hard one! Codyak is solid and would be better for winching etc, the pleasure is more of a playful cable board which suits me more! But both are incredible boards!!

Hope a wishbone review is coming up...with my poor level, i find it very good for airtricks, even if it's not advertised as such ( but which board is, nowadays?) . Curious what an airtrick pro would think of it :-)
