Super clarifying - thank you! Especially considering the thoracic as Zone 1 for the head! What do you think is the reason for so much connective tissue and hypermobility issues these days? As a dance teacher - I see it SIGNIFICANTLY more than ever now than I did 30 years ago! I have heard many theories, but am compelled by studies that on electromagnetic fields causing biomolecular changes and tissue destruction and changes to the integrity of the tissue. Makes since, as dysregulating minerals would lead to nutrient deficiencies and make the connective tissues more vulnerable, particularly in those of us who already have genetic susceptibility. just thinking out loud... appreciate your content!
