Sir, you teach the basics at first and then proceed to further details in a pictorial descriptive way. It helps us a lot and I, personally really appreciate your videos. And I've a little request, we've our 2nd Year Medical Exams from next month, so please make a informative video on Type IV Hypersensitivity before the year ends... We're looking forward to you...

I have a question please: if type 3 hypersensitivity is against body own antigens & protein, then why inhaled antigen causes type 3 hypersensitivity instead of type 1 ? And thank you so much
@tiyasaguha54133 жыл бұрын
Most of the allergens trigger the type 1 hypersensitivity but when the antigen is of a moderate size (i.e large enough not to get phagocytosed yet small enough to enter blood vessel and bind to the antigens type 3 is activated.... And also if you remember type 1 reaction then you'd remember that in type 1 IgE are produced at the end of the sensitization phase when the allergen has already been destroyed , but when the allergen enters into the host body for 2nd time, in the next phase(effector phase) the igE (bound to mast cell surface , not free and circulating) specific for that particular allergen will recognise and bind to it , but not in the 1st phase.

got a question, im a vegetarian because a hypersensitive to meat and all animal fats following a 40 day raw food cleans. my body may reacts differently to different typesof meat, but mainly it feels like a heart attack, blood pressure goes sky high (but i dont have blood pressure or heart problems, no diabetic issues) dizzy, trouble swallowing ect. its not a text book allergy (been to an alergy specialist) but i would say hypersensitivity. can you help me understand whats going on?

Hello, I studied about hypersensitivity. Symptoms tend to vary with degree of allergy. Ex: allergy to shrimp. Ana and Jonh have shrimp allergy, ana only feels abdominal discomfort while john has rashes and redness. They are different symptoms right? And yet there are cases of people who ingesting shrimp and had a super reaction and died.I believe that in your case is a case of hypersensitivity. There is tick syndrome in which it develops allergies to mammalian flesh in humans. Anyway, I suggest going to the hospital and get an official diagnosis. good luck!

About the symptoms you had after 40 days isn't normal. But as I said, you need to consult with the doctor. These reactions may be something else and unrelated to hypersensitivity. Because allergic reactions only occur after contact with the allergen.

apc's activate t-cel but t-cel can sactivate B-cel. while a B-cel is an APC? that's confusing

B cell needs T helper cell in order to differentiate into PLASMA CELL. >>> You could read about T-dependent and T independent to understand more.
