Rockwall always test late, I was at a T-128 on the first Wed and it was around 2:05. I called and they said the cancelled it and when I was about to leave, the siren activates and did attack and alert.

Nice video! I also had a time where I thought I was gonna be late for a monthly fire siren test because the GPS was set to the other side of town and not the Fire Dept and it was 12:00 when I got there I was pretty sure I was gonna miss it, fortunately, the test timer was late so it went at 12:03 pm which worked out great for me.
