I have lost 10 kgs in 14 weeks under professional guidance and now that I'm at the end of it, i haven't seen any progress since 2 weeks and the fatigue is indeed catching up to me. The reason is I have disrupted my routine trying to include variety in my workout and irregular sleep patterns. I was frustrated because of this but this video has given me a new perspective to track and some pointers to be careful about. Thanks for this video. Your content is superb and you are the only channel who shares knowledge with such depth!!

8:07 same thing happened with me also.....my weight decreased daily in week and suddenly at the end of week it increased and I was so shocked that whf is happened...but I didnt give up and decide to stay on my track...and after 2-3 days my weight again coming back to normal and again starts decreasing.....now I got the reason and I'm felling much motivated now ..😊😊

I was planning to visit a bariatric practitioner or a nutritionist to understand the fat loss process in detail. FORTUNATELY, I got the chance to watch one of the Hypertroph's videos. I am glad that I found this channel. Thank you Sid Bhai for being too realistic and practical. I am beginning my fat loss journey from today onwards. Before watching your videos i was literally depressed. My gym trainer used to tell me you're not following diet, you're not progressing, people lose 1-2kg in a week n blah blah blah.....now i can show him what fat loss actually is. After measuring by these methods i got to know that I actually gained lean muscle mass and reduced fat. Thanks brother ❤ Keep guiding

The thumbnail pictures that you'r using on u r videos of transformation 1.how long does it take to transform ? 2.At those time how much calorie deficient of you r ? 3. On a day how much you workout 4. What is your protein intake according to your weight . Because for me as vegetarian hard to manage my protein intake on calorie deficit 5. Why are you not increasing your muscle size ?😄 What is your height and weight ?? And why you didn't have stretch marks ! Please reply all my questions. I hope you will reply 💞💞
