Been using these consistently for 3 years now. There is some slight wear of the rubber on the ear and head padding, but other than that, 0 problems. It's really a steal for its price point. I thought I would eventually break them sooner than later because of their mostly plastic build, but nope. Still as strong as the first day I got em'.

@@7hamz209 Doing great after 1 year, haven't had any issues since. I have noticed that sometimes the cord will short circuit for a second, but that's normal for a lot of wired headsets. It happens very rarely and it's not that big of a deal. Would 100% recommend, one of the best headsets I ever bought. Sorry for the long message lol.

@@shahrukhal1642 Mic still works great. My friend picked up one a while ago and his mic broke within 6 months of him having it. If your worried about the mic breaking, I highly recommend the Astro A10. You can find an A10 for the same price as the HyperX headset, and I know of alot of people who have used theirs for 4+ years and had no issues.

Hopefully these work better than the cloud cores, I had a pair of cores and at random times it was like the mic just gave out, sometimes it'd go days without working then sometimes it would out then start working 30 min later, was really sad cause that headset was nice af😢

Making the logo glow would add a lot of expense and no benefit. the best thing about this headset is the fact that it's a no-fluff perfect headset with the value right where it should be. Quality mic, quality speakers, decent wire and plastic housing that's as durable as it needs to be. Why make them more expensive so that they can glow and add interference making it a worse headset.

I bought these a month ago for my PS4. Prior to buying these headphones, I was using my Audio Technicas ATH-M50X, as I did not have a pair of gaming headphones. The Stinger is just superb for £50. I primarily play BF1, and these headphones provide me with directional audio awareness that my M50X ( I know they are not for gaming) simply did not provide. Bottom line, if you are after an exceptionally good headset for gaming and are on a budget, these are the puppies.

The headset comes with regular phone 3.5 jack and a splitter for pc. You can use the mic when u are using the regular 3.5 jack too (like when using phone) . No need for splitter if u don't have the mic jack hole.

Just bought my first pair. Very pleased with the quality and sound. Coming from AfterGlow, it's almost the same... I don't have both pairs together so I couldn't really say. I enjoyed my year with AfterGlow, an wanted to try something different. For the price I paid for these, which is almost half of what AfterGlows cost, it's very good. Deep strong bass, not too over-powering. The mids & treble is nice. Only "Con" I'd say is the loudness. Now it's loud, but it's not as loud as the AfterGlow's on the highest setting. But that's just me being nit picky. I'd still recommend these for the price. It's the best bang for your buck at it's price range.

I love these headsets with the way they feel and sound, but I will after owning them for a 8 months it started to give off an echo/picking up background sound in my room more often. Also the flip mute started to break and causes static or doesn’t unmute. Now that good be just a random defect that I got with my headset. Luckily I got the warranty and I’ll be returning them to get a new pair. Over all I’d say they are great headphones for the price except for the fact that the mute feature might break on you and cause static or not Unmute sometimes

Just bought this headset. It surprised how good it sounds even compared to my JBL Bluetooth Headset or entry level Seinnheiser. I'm really impressed! It's much much better at locating sound source in games than my music headsets (probably because music headsets have builtin equalizers?). I can also use this headset for music, it still sounds awesom. I have big ears, this headset can cover my ear just fine and it feels comfortable.
