Hyperx Pulsefire Haste Wireless Review & Look at the Huntsman Mini Analog / Vissles V84

Taking a look at the Hyperx Pulsefire Haste Wireless. I was also interested in trying the new analog Huntsman Mini, but it was a huge miss for me personally. Although you can set multiple functions on one key press, that function seems more like a gimmick to me personally. If playing an MMO, it still seems easier to me, mentally, to set a separate key bind to another key combo or key press. The analog movements, while interesting, just seem like something that is not going to pull me away from the comfort of a controller with how the keyboard feels. Nice review. I picked up the Razer mini analog just to test the capabilty of analog in games. Worked in ffxiv, activated aim assist in Apex and destroyed all mouse input and doesnt work at all in Splitgate. I think if games support the analog capabilities that would be really nice for movement shooters but the games don't support the tech yet.

This is question relating to your previous videos on “A quest to the best gaming headset” just curious if you chose the Sennheiser 560 s out of other variants like 6xx, jubilee, 660s ect.. like did you choose that headset in particular because of how they good sound or cause the price was good? Money is not too much of an issue for me and I’m looking at the 6xx, 660’s or the jubilee, I want that competitive edge as I’m a long time cs player so I will buy the 560s if they are better out of the bunch. You don't have to swap the skates unless you are used to glass skates already. The stock skates have a break-in period, which in my case was 2 weeks. After that they feel pretty smooth.

I'd rather recommend the RK84 over the Vissles. The RK84 has dongle storage built into the case, 2 extra USB slots, has a removable skirt, and is significantly cheaper ($68 on Amazon rn)

I got the Huntsman Mini red linear switch last year purely for gaming performance since it had a 1.2 actuation point which at the time was lower than anything else. And for gaming I was quite satisfied with it. I never got the Huntsman mini for a premium typing experience even though I type a lot and I’m thinking a lot of Huntsman Mini owners also got it purely for gaming. But now that Wooting 60 is about to come out I’m disappointed in the Razer analog that can’t match the range of actuation Wooting can. In fact Razer analog can’t even hit 1.2 actuation whereas it’s red linear switches can, so I feel the Huntsman Mini Analog is a waste much better to go with Wooting.

You can definitely observe differences in the sensor when you are a low-sense player for example, I do play 1.6, 400dpi Apex Legends. Not that 3335 is insufficient, but you can tell the difference.

My opinion of course, compared to what’s on the market. I think most default skates are bad. However, comparing them to the default glorious, finalmouse, ninjutso katana superlight skates, and some roccat skates, I don’t think they are as good.

Knock Razer's sub-standard qualities for INSANE prices (especially for a lil' buddy 60%), for sure, but it's not as bad as what they've been putting out up until just a few years ago - or any 100% "gaming" keyboard, for that matter - bonus if they have rattle-jacket clicky switches.
