Thanks so much! Glad you found it useful! I’m going to try and get some recorded and uploaded, however, I recommend if you buy a hypnobirthing book they often include free downloads of tracks. - the calm birth method is a great book, I trained with them and I also used Katherine graves book in pregnancy and her hypnobirthing book incuded some tracks! Those would be my 2 main choices. If I think of any others that are easily accessible I’ll let you know xxx
