10/10 recommend. I get really scared/ nervous doing sessions like these alone so I did it in the morning while my bf was sleeping next to me. I was superrrrrrr relaxed and ready and excited because I felt safe. At first I saw a series of different faces and places then towards the middle I focused in on one scenery and one woman. And her name came to me right away. Her name is Eleanor, she has brown hair, blue eyes, wears a green dress (my fav color), and she is older. I could tell cuz her hands were kinda wrinkly when she was holding my hand. She also felt like my grandma. We were sitting on the grass in front of a beautiful lake and surrounded by mountains and trees and I felt so peaceful there and like I’d been there before. We were laughing and hugging and when it came time to start talking she would talk back to me through my own voice in my head, it was kind of like when you’re reading a book and everything just flows. I told her I wanted to spend more time with her in my dreams and then I woke up crying. Soooo happy I did this and didn’t back out this time!

This really was crazy I didn’t expect it to work at all until I couldn’t move and my entire body felt like it was floating, I couldn’t tell where I ended or where I began, and suddenly I woke realized I was in a gorgeous garden in the morning, with white flowers, but something told me I wasn’t where I was supposed to be yet so I kept looking and then suddenly the whole garden swirled into darkness until I couldn’t see anything at all - I started to hear water dripping, and then I realized I was in a dark cave, crystal forms began to glow and illuminate the cave and I could see my tiger in the far corner of the cave, he came to me and was warm and gentle and fierce, I knew I was safe and he spoke to me through my mind, neither of us opened our mouth but his eyes told me everything I needed to know, thank you for this experience! I hope to find this place once again

So I fell asleep less than halfway into this... and had a dream about my dream house/business. My deceased dad was also in my dream but he was in a wheelchair... we viewed this house and for some reason it was in the wrong town and wrong province on the wrong land.... I told the owner I'm in love with this house but I need them to move it back into the mountains by the lake where it was. So they did. I viewed it again there, exploring it with and filled with excitement. This was my new home, and to become my Country Inn. I woke up inspired and purchased a book with a template for writing a business plan and started filling it out!! Now I'm at work @ a Ramada and told one of my guests about the dream. He drives that way, it's about 8 hours SW of my current location, so he's going to scope it out for me!! This is amazing... I'm on the right path 💜

Bruh, i cry every time my spirit guide hug me 🥺 we communicated through our minds the whole time. She's so gentle & beautiful. She looks like a greek goddess without the fancy accessories, she has a light mood in her aura too, has a long blonde braid placed on the left side of her shoulder down to her waist. The last conversation we had was "will I ever lose weight?" She giggled & say "its up to you". And also "Will I ever meet my lifetime partner?". She said "Surely" in a confindent tone. Such a beautiful experience that tears were coming out of my eyes. Ofcourse I first went into this feeling of my body just floating and fully relaxed. Once I closed my eyes it Started with a old childhood dream that I had of me climbing up a hill with a tree on the top right in the center... but I never went close enough to the tree I always woke up before reaching the top, yet today I experienced the same dream and as I got closer to the tree a bear was sitting on the other side looking at the most beautiful view I’ve ever imagined. Long story short 3 other animals came behind us stood next to us and we all were just looking at the mountains with a small field of dandelions next to a crystal clear river at the bottom. A white owl named Lola or Lulu , a orangey white cat named Savannah , grey wolf (couldn’t really understand his name but it sounded like Ralph) , and the Bear named Dakota. They answered all my questions showed me myself in a better healthier state/ gave me advice. But what I will never forget from this experience is them saying “We love you, we been here and we will always be here.” And as they were saying that I had vivid flashbacks of real life events that had happened to me that I’ve seen them in and they were letting me know that was symbolism of them being there in that moment. I don’t know what else to say but thanks for making this video.

I've tried a different hypnosis video before. In that one I was able to meet my guide, however I didn't get too much information out of them. All I got from that one is that they were a wolf, they were male and his name started with an F. Now, I tried that same video again today, only I was greeted by similar dark eyes but without a body or structure. Granted I hadn't really been too focused on the hypnosis at the time. Thus I decided to try this one instead. At first I thought it wouldn't work, but I was a but desperate since I wanted to see him again for some reason. So when I got to the subconscious part, I was surprised to find a forest covered in snow with a pleasant cold wondering between the trees. There was a cottage behind me and at first I just took it in. Looking up at the sky and letting it sink in. Then I started walking deeper into the forest. I found myself stopping at a clearing. To show that I wanted to talk to him, I went down on my knees and extended my hands out, palms up, in front of me. He came straight away and sniffed the top of my head. However, he backed up a little. I presented an arrow to him. He took it and plucked the feathers from it. For some odd reason, I felt inclined to take the feathers and put them along the left side of his neck. After that he came forward and looked be straight in the eye. At this point, I had a HUGE deja vu, as if I've done this before. As if I've looked into those same dark, calm and warm eyes somehow. I almost cried. We sat together and he showed me that his name was Fernir. We sat and talked. He already knew my strugles and when asked, he told me something that was unexpected yet familiar. "Wait and learn. Sometines, instead of searching for the answer, let the answer come to you". He adviced me that it wasn't going to be solved over night. Another problem that I had was answered with a simple "Read and learn. Then, decide". We talked for a bit and we both agreed that he should visit in my dreams every now and again. I asked him if he would be showing up soon and he said 'no'. His reasoning was that I needed time to take it all in and apply it. Ps. Fernir is a gray wolf. He has dark brown eyes and is much bigger than the average wolf. He had to look down a bit to meet my eyes when I was kneeling on the ground. Pps. His name is 100% Fernir, which is close to Fenrir, a wolf-like creature known for their love of war, which is very interesting since Fernir is so calm and collected. Anyways, that was my experience :)

It worked, I saw Pistachio, which was a Yorkie puppy. We were in a field having an amazing conversation. I love him. Then my brother scared me out of the trance. Poor Pistachio. My experience was pretty dope. I was in a semi-dream state and felt extremely relaxed. I really needed a break from life and so I went along with this with absolutely no doubt in my mind and I don't regret that decision at all. In my experience i was in a palace of some sort on the islands with the most beautiful view of the blue waters and hill tops and mountains. I was a Goddess and I felt like I met my higher self. At first it was like a ball of light with some kind of enchantress in the middle. It was like her clothing were blowing in a wind that only she could experience, and it blew in a circular motion around her, resembling that of a tornado. When she revealed her face she looked like me only older, more beautiful and she had slightly darker skin. I admired her for a while and the name Kehlani came to me for her name. I have to try this again to see if that was accurate. I told her that I welcome her and that I want to make contact. She then appeared clearer to me... out of nowhere me and my guide jumped out the window and even though I didn't physically see her I felt her there next to me. As we neared the ground we paused in the air and just waited. I started hearing voices that sounded like my own telling me I'm gifted... I'm powerful... I have a higher purpose... and that I should live true to my dreams. Joe asked us to give a gift to our guides and I remember me saying I don't have Much but I have a voice, a genuine heart, love, compassion and I started To sing. Next thing I know I was singing in the middle of the water on a rock and a bunch of others showed up and watched me... I was suddenly back in my palace room... a face of a black man who was very handsome with dreads appeared but it was just his face almost cartoon like against a bright green background. and he disappeared fast. I noticed something creeping in the doorway and another guide appeared with beautiful white wings, but I couldn't tell if it was the guy I just saw. This guide replayed the events from me jumping out the window and it was as if I was watching myself. The guide was showing me that he was the one that stopped me from falling and that he was holding me the whole time. It was intense. I woke up but when I opened my eyes I felt so relaxed all over and I was seeing everything in a brighter light. I flipped on my back and went into another trance and it was really weird but not scary... when I woke up from all this I didn't realize 3 hours went by and I felt almost robotic but at peace. And my chronic headache was gone. I almost feel like I'm one (mind, body, spirit) but I also feel like a part of me is not here anymore and maybe that was the negativity or stressful aspect of me. I feel like everything is going to be alright which feels weird because I've never felt this at peace it's almost strange to me

I wasn’t sure it was working but I felt more relaxed. The narrator’s question about season threw me off because I was under water! I had to surface to see it was summer and I was in a tropical place like Hawaii. A bit cliche I guess. I’m actually kind of scared of being in the ocean. Cookie cutter sharks and all that stuff scares me. The not breathing etc. the ocean was the safe place though so go figure. The water around me was like a constant hug. Before he started talking about spirit guides etc, a sea turtle showed up and I grabbed hold of its shell. We swam around under water and swirled in a way that made me almost feel like we were one thing. The imagery wasn’t perfectly fluid and my coughing kept interrupting. At some point our underwater dance turned into me on the beach guiding a baby leatherback sea turtle into the ocean and it swimming on me! So the roles switched! I was protecting her! Then it got more interesting! I was riding on a giant turtle swimming in the universe. Maybe I’ve read too many Terry Pratchett Discworld books? I definitely think my pineal gland was making some natural dmt here because I saw some trippy psychedelic imagery. It’s not illegal to make dmt in your brain right? Lol 🤣. Anyway with the music etc, we were floating around in the universe. It was majestic. Then we went into a black hole. And inside was a little land turtle named Maggie(?!?) huh? What’s with the names? Also I didn’t care for the narrator saying the spirit felt sorrow or needed to be assured that we’d stay in contact. My spirit said that they never experience what we call sorrow and they never feel disconnected nor anger or disrespected etc. none of that stuff. Only peace, joy and love. It we humans who feel sorrow and disconnection. Anyway I asked if I can fulfill my big dreams. She said yes but I need to love myself. She told me to tell myself, out loud, that I love myself. Which I did and that alone was uncomfortable and powerful. Interesting that it was uncomfortable right? I guess she’s right! I need to love myself more.

I am so impressed with this I got chills telling my bf about it just now. So I did this for my nap today and my spirit guide is a blue butterfly, she came out rather quick in the session. As soon as I realized I was in my dream I automatically did my favorite thing...FLY...I just ran and jumped and off I went. It was the Best flying lucid dream ever. So when I realized I was totally in control I put myself on a Rollercoaster and then flew some more. I experienced the levitation above myself which was really cool. And then I had some more Lucid experiences which are private...if ya know what I mean. I was able to hear the video the whole time as well. Anyone who has doubts just try it. So, last night i tried this and although i can tune in and out to spirit. I have always had great difficulty concentrating and keeping my attention as i become exhausted and what i see is sometimes only in fragments and sometimes seems random and hazy. This is the BEST hypnosis audio i've ever listened to. Usually if for example i meditate i'm usually so done after max 25 minutes. But last night i continued with this for 1hr6minutes until my spirit guide basically gestured that that was all for now and return with the masses of information i had gained. I got out of bed feeling so charged and connected, it was like 1am so I was worried if i went to sleep and woke up in the morning everything would seem blurry so i wrote 3 pages of all info i was given or remember seeing in a notebook. This morning when I re-read it I could not believe how clear I remember it. For anyone interested, I was in some underground caves (strange as I love nature and if I was to chose i'd of imagined the location to be a forest or mountain related. Anyway, these caves had arched entrances with raw/rough crystals decorating them jabbing out the surface of the rock. I saw the location allot more clearer than i saw my guide at first. I was then walking through cave tunnels and stood in front of a wall/door that was just royal blue crystal adorned never seen anything more beautiful. This took me to some kind of throne and when i asked questions, I was being answered but still no sign of an actual clear figure. I gave the gift of a rose, gold coins and a scroll. I had no idea what I was giving but when i reached into my pocket this was what was there. My spirit guide told me his elements and how to contact him as well as signs where he's trying to contact me. I then strangely enough asked for a hug as this whole time I felt really distant from my guide like no emotional bond, I couldn't read him at all. Then the most profound part of the whole experience. An arm reached out, pale white skin, but he was wearing a royal blue cloaked dress with a Celtic trim around the whole thing. Then he came into the light long white/silver hair, a white beard, and although i got the impression he was old his skin and face looked so so young! (power of wisdom i suppose?) after the hug he stepped back again, but I wanted to see him again so I asked for another hug and it was at this point only the arm came out of the dark and handed me a silver headband with real tiny white flowers all over it. I AM FULLY MIND BLOWN!

I laughed out loud at it but I he was right. I hadn’t had a real fight ever ( and don’t want one). I definitely died a bunch of times. Gave birth a few other times. I learned so much from him! My guide was an infinite number of forms. Sometimes I was walking along his eyelid like a mite (he was a floating island) and other times he was like a little boy with an elaborate head piece on. I waited for the right set and setting to do this meditation and I’m glad I did. The first few times I tried I got crazy anxiety and had to end it. Also the narrator is low key hilarious with his dead pan. I'm sorry maybe I'm confused as to what a spirit guide is. Mine haven't always been so direct in leading me. Mine also haven't been in just one physical form. I've seen a young boy, an old woman, a horse, stars and many other things that make it very difficult to understand what my spirit guide is much less looks like. But I understand it's the same message each and every time and that is simply to break the chains and restraint from my ego and to exude energy and love. My spirit guide has taught me and I believe it to be the same soul in many forms. I've never been afraid of it as I see it as the inner circles to the same tree that is me, if that makes any sense. So I'm wondering with what you just said if your spirit guide is suffering and needing stregth from you isn't it possible that is not your guide but something else probably a representation of someone else or serves as a lesson of some kind. Maybe your answer as to how you deal with the pain you are suffering with? I know many of my lucid dreams leave me with the best questions and insight to guide me through this life pain and suffering. Just a thought.

The moment he said if you spirit guide hasn’t shown up yet, maybe you aren’t ready... she flashed clearly before me and many others walking around on the beach which was the location I chose. The messages I received were so beautiful. The lights and colors were vibrant and one particular white/ yellowish light flashed into the shape of a heart while I was receiving a message about love. Idk if he’s my main or only one of my spirit guides but he was my mom’s miscarriage before I was born. His name is Enrique, which is Spanish for Henry. He was definitely an angel. Big ok white wings, (he either was wearing a white robe or white dress) fair skin, dark hair, and dark eyes (my family’s traits) he gave a very genuine smile. Mateusz Drabik i fell asleep too. but came back halfway through. i remember being super relaxed, and if i started to "wake" everytime he said anything it kinda knocked me back out. felt like i was high. so crazy. the dreams though... felt like i had jedi powers. i could manipulate objects. cool vid. im doing it again tonight.

I did this and to my astonishment Jeb Bush was my spirit guardian (sounds crazy I know, but bare with me) we walked along the white house lawn then caught an uber to congress where beings of light were passing legislation regarding the future of humanity. Jeb interupted, screaming that H.R.3555 was an outrage and was socialism (this bill hadn't even passed yet) Then he sat me down and told me family, country and faith are the most important things, before taking an armed helicopter to cuba I was then visited by an entity which claimed to control and regulate markets with lightning speed, and when Adam Smith wrote about the invisible hand of the market this is what he was referring to. It was a life changing experience I'll never forget, Thanks Joe!

My guides name was Rosie and she first appeared as a mother bear while i sat in a bubbling broke and i talked to her and she showed me her face and she had the most beautiful brown/blonde hair and such distinctive facial features i had never seen before, she looked like she was 20something years old but i sensed her aged wisdom. She told me she was in the holocaust and had gotten away to Spain. Her parents had died her father died saving her life during an invasion and her mom was abducted and it all played so vividly in my head as i felt who she was. but she gave me the most instanttaneous feeling of love and comfort and protection, greater than I've ever felt with any actual human being.

It’s so frustrating I can’t bring myself to let go maybe it’s because i’m such an anxious person the second I feel like somethings happening my whole body gets hot and my eyes start to twitch and when I think i’m finally seeing my lucid dream i’m not cause it’s literally just me slowly opening my eyes with out even realizing it

You have to be ok with not achieving your desired outcome. Once you let go of your expectations you’ll find answers. Your only goal is listening to his voice. Everything else will just come naturally once you can do that. I have pretty severe anxiety and it took me a few months to let go.

I feel you! I also get like hot rushes through my body and my heart is racing... and then I also open my eyes but I hoped I would open my eyes into the lucid dream but it‘s just my room and I‘m wide awake :(

Disclaimer For people who have PTSD flashbacks and frequent nightmares and worrying that it might trigger something (this was a fear of mine since I have frequent night terrors and in general at the most inconvenient times that are supposed to be relaxing), I actually was very relaxed and feel calm! I ended up disconnecting at 46 minutes but I saw my guide in flashes and rather had more wandering through the starry night by a woodland forest

This was a really weird feeling tbh. I don't feel like I belong where I was born and this did prove to me, that I am not what I thought I was. I was able to lucid dream the whole time and to listen to your voice but instead of seeing anything I was blind. But I still felt the energy of my spirit guardian and my surrounding. I never felt anything like this in my life. I was able to find out who my spirit guardian. is. She is a wolf and she told me she was with me my whole life to protect me. I met one of my guides, he was an eagle/old man named eenok. Lived at the top of a mountain it looked a lot like the tallest point in Skyrim 😂 he was super glad to see me kept calling me “ my love “

This..worked better than I expected. Once I got relaxed and started letting my mind drift and conjure up what it wants, I envisioned my safe sacred place, and saw 4 marble pillars and steps leading to a white stone throne. I also saw a gold chalice and an open book. I sat there for a moment then followed the steps out as the voice said the scenery will change. Then I saw a courtyard, trees lining up both sides. Then clear skies and a mountain with 2 snow-capped peaks. The year 1876 AD also popped up when the guy asked what time it was. There was a stone sculpture of a saber-toothed cat on my right side. When I turned back, there was a red torii and a red wood Buddhist temple with a pagoda roof. I went inside, lit up incense and saw a pink flower (might be a lotus or lily) floating atop a pool of water. I call my spirit guide, welcome them and ask for their name. The words "Haku" and "Hakke" came to mind. I ask them to show themselves to me and I saw a being dressed in a red robe full of pairs of eyes with gold embroidery, every movement of theirs emphasized the eye designs as they shifted closer to me. I hand them a scroll, as a gift. It's then I notice her feminine features, pale with makeup (like that worn by geishas or performers, or maybe her skin's just like that), and slightly obscured by a silk veil. She sat close enough that I could discern her facial features though. As I was telling her how much I wanted to meet her and talk to her, this image of a bird came to mind as well. For some reason I knew it was an eagle. Then I had the urge to pee so I stopped 😔 It was amazing though. I didn't know what Haku or Hakke even meant before this. Then I found out that Haku can mean "spirit"/"soul"/"earl"/"wing"/"red"/"come" (very straightforward and efficient, my guide is) and Hakke has ties to divination, the "Eight Trigrams" of I Ching. This is so cool. I plan on researching more about this.

I'm going to probably do this a second time, but I definetly met my spirit guide..but not fully. I was super relaxed at the start and I think I fell into a normal sleep and when I woke up with my eyes closed I heard the man in the video talking about what to do, I knew I was awake and things wouldn't go as planned but I thought I would still try. I didn't get his name but I know he's a man, he has a very muscular body type and I know his skin is the color black ⚫he didn't talk to me or show himself to me but I felt him. I gave him the gift of my love and compassion but when he didn't do anything I doubted my gift and tried really hard to think of something special, and I thought of a drawing, I said that I can draw you but he didn't do anything and suddenly my mind wandered to a dark box. In this box I could see myself, but not clearly, I just knew I was there, I put the piece of paper that I was going to draw him on next to me and begged him to show himself to me, tell me his name, say something! But of course he didn't and in this black box I was screaming for him, but he didn't come. When I tried to feel what he felt, I felt sorrow, sadness and I started aggressively crying and my whole body shook with such sadness, but when I talked and said hey it's okay, but I really would like to get this drawing done for you I stopped crying and felt calm. I don't know what this means but I really want to meet him again and see him, ask his name, and hear his voice... (Edit: when I try really hard to picture him I see a muscular man the color I felt was called demon black, he has 5 white eyes and a small but warm smile with a slight blush, I really want to meet him and see if maybe my thoughts are correct)

I often do this lucid dream and introduce my friends to it. They are asleep not far into it but yesterday I did it and felt my spirit guide SO STRONG, they took my hand firmly and raised my arm. It felt like a male presence as when my hand was taken it was strong and I came out of the dream. I tried and tried to go back the next day. When I asked some question I heard a soft whistle everytime. I couldn't make it out but I will keep trying. Usually I hear my answers loud as if they are shouting to make themselves heard from afar but not this time. This is so interesting. Thank you so much Joe Traecy 🙏❤️🌞 be with you. Laura xxx

Carman Singh this happens to everybody, it is the brains way of seeing if you are awake or not. if you want to lucid dream you have to have enough self discipline to not move a muscle. hope i could help!
