Omg, you literally just helped me figure out that I had misophonia ….for years, I have serious issues with certain sounds. Got worse as I got older. I already have mental health issues like bipolar. I LOVEEE the part with the cover, it sounds like brushing hair but at the same time it feels like it’s touching and soothing my brain in a way. The part with no cover however made me have a feeling of nostalgia, like when I was a little girl and my hair got knotty so my Mum would use a comb to dig through my knots and I’d steal the comb when she’d place it down and I’d play with the bristles. I’m not sure how I came to that conclusion but it’s something that wasn’t a big deal to me a long time ago that makes me very emotional and means a lot to me now. Or a simple summary is that it sounds like rain falling onto a tin roof. Thank you for helping me sleep! ❤
