You know when Joe was on KZbin, he had the black on the background. I then paused the video and tried to find how to do it. Just click on your profile pic and you should see something say Dark Theme: Off, then click on it and it will tell you what happens, just read through and tick whatever it tells you to tick and then you should have your dark background.
