I know for a fact that you can raise your body temperature with your mind. When I was 19, I took mushrooms and looked in the bathroom mirror. I saw that my face was really red and warm, and I said to myself, "I'm a lobster" (as in, being boiled alive), and as soon as I did, my whole body became beet red. I left the room and grabbed my boyfriend and he thought I was having an allergic reaction. I got into the shower with freezing cold water and had to just stay there. I kept getting out, and whenever I did, I would get immediately bright red and burning hot again. All because the thought entered my mind that I was a lobster in a boiling pot. Side note: The audio on some of these videos needs some work. I would invest in that, because people appreciate high quality video and audio on KZbin.

I can lower my pulse rate when I get it checked at the doctors office. It suddenly was 150 after being 60 all my life after my 4th Covid vaccine and hasn't gone under 110 after 2 years! If I concentrate and breath slow I can get it down between 74-79.

Hey Mr. Galie, Is Park Vista the only high school that you perform for? Based on your other videos, it seems like that although you do shows for businesses and other events in many locations, almost all of the high school ones are based in Park Vista. I would love it if you could perhaps go to other high schools in the area and perform. Although I live fairly far away, seeing how students interact with you and your show in a different school would be interesting as well. In comparison to shows composed of primarily adults, the high school ones are the best because of the more dramatic reactions. I'm a great fan of your work, keep it up!

I think he usually says to close your eyes and imagine balloons in one arm and bricks in another. Most hypnotists use that trick.

They aren't supposed to be called tests because you can pass or fail a test, so we're supposed to call them "exercises" - "in order to find those who can focus better that others." Relaxation isn't necessary for hypnosis. Most of us use instant hypnosis by asking them to focus on a spot, take 2 breaths, then we pull on their arm gently and yell sleep. See? No relaxation. Anyway, Anthony first asks the audience to do the magnetic fingers "exercise" and then the arm rising and falling "exercise." He then goes into the audience and as he lowers their arm, he tilts their head sideways and says "sleep deeper and deeper." Then he wakes them one by one and invites them onto the stage, saying they don't have to if they don't want to. The rest is all show and unnecessary. He doesn't have to pull on their arms anymore. He could just tell them to take a deep breath in and sleep. but it's more exciting to see it the other way as part of a stage show.

Maybe, if they suggest them to imagine stuff with the other senses other than the eyes (The person can be told to imagine sounds, or tactile sensations(wind), or smells). I too am curious about Mr. Anthony's answer on this.

Even though I personally have never worked with such a subject, the literature is quite clear that you can, indeed, hypnotize a person with Aphantasia. Of course, you would need to minimize the visualization suggestions. On occasion, I have hypnotized people without saying a single word, but simply communicate via mime and hand gestures. Once, I spoke to 5,000 people , none of which spoke a word of English. They wore translation headphones but I couldn't know how my words were being translated, so I resorted to very few words, and grand, expressive gestures to signal what response I was looking for.......and it worked beautifully.

Joannie Jeffcoat some people are more suggestible than others, so hypnotism is easier to do on them. he also explained in another video the fight between conscious and subconscious. hope it answered your question
