The thing is, hypothesis are not just arbitrary, they are chosen according to their conformity to a set of standards such as parsimony (Occam's razor) degree of revisability (as revisable as possible without becoming unfalsifiable) how well it fits with other known science, and logical consistency. The hypothesis which best fits these standards is the one that is chosen, until it is proven wrong ( a significant amount of evidence against it is gathered).

I don't understand why this would be a problem. Every physicist, every mathmatician, every scientist in the past has worked to prove their point right. If they aren't, they just won't succeed. By doing research they themselves will eventually prove their point wrong. The problem would be omitting stuff to make up false truths. Newton proved himself wrong several times, yet he didnt stop there. I have seen quite a few researches and projects that began with an idea and ended up proving something different. Still, it is a discovery.

Why Not eliminate the comon Problem? Instead of discarding the scientific method, why Not Just get rid of Humans? I hear alot about them latly and they seeme like a Bad Idea all together. Yes I hear you, they've been around for a while and we got aclimated to them, but why not try something new?

You lost ALL credibility when your description of the scientific method stated "... publish your results if your hypothesis was true." You obviously have not studied philosophy of science in enough depth to realize how flagrantly incorrect that statement is and how it guts your perspective of what "science" even is. Ah, the irony: confirmation bias about confirmationism.
