38.34 main apne type 1 error ko more dangerous bola but in our university it has been taught that type 2 error is more dangerous And we have to increase the Power of the test by decreasing the type 2 error

Sir I have a doubt. At 44:12 it says if table value>computed value then fail to reject null hypothesis. And in negative numbers -1.96 is greater than -10 then why did we reject null hypothesis?
