Why do they so blatantly ignore Majora's Mask and Wind Waker in this game? I mean so many people consider those two to be the best Zeldas. And I'm sure people would much rather see Skull Kid than Fi, or Clock Town to Twilight Forest. Just my two cents.

Every single Zelda is considered the best. So referencing every single one is kind of hard. And if you payed attention the moon is there... Albeit a bit smaller. And the obvious reason Wind Waker isn't mentioned is because it looks way different from any other Zelda game which would look weird in Hyrule Warriors. Another thing, there is more to this game that has yet to be revealed. So calm down. And I guess one other thing +Thesecrecy4 if people wanted to play MM, they would buy it on N64 or Virtual Console. No need for Nintendo to be like The Last of Us Remastered, Tomb Raider Definitive Edition, and GTA 5 Next Gen.

Can't believe people hated on this game back in the day. I was so hyped during 2014 - found the graphics to be utterly beautiful, the gameplay to be absolutely enthralling, and the massive crossover of TLOZ characters to be tremendous - so fantastic I'm surprised people weren't more hyped over that prospect.

Actually they do a lot of directs like this, but they usually come out just before the game. I can almost guarantee you all those three will have one. They done it for smash, W101, Tamadochi life, Pokemon, Mariokart, Pikmin 3 and others.

Nostalgia is hitting me like a truck man. I used to watch this Direct so much as a kid, and it's still brilliant to this day; aged like fine wine. 2014 was a simpler, more wonderful time - a better time. The Wii U era was always so exciting, especially from 2013 to 2015.

Wow, after watching all of this, this is really shaping up to be a amazing and fun Wii U game, OK, it is official, if I manage to get enough money, I would get a Wii U just to play this game, along with the next Smash Bros game. People complaining about their preferred character not being in (ex. Groose, Tingle, ect.), calm down. This game will get a sequel, or an Extreme Legends, I'm sure of that. If Gundam and One Piece can get sequels, (gundam having 2 sequels and I think a remake) Hyrule Warriors can do the same, and introduce more characters then. BTW, Cia, Valga, and Wizzro will also be playable, that I'm very sure of. They're weren't gonna reveal everything in the direct now. Also, calm down about the skins. why are many you raising a big stink over something that is completely optional? You care more about the skins than the game?

Skull kid would be an awesome addition, the toon versions would probably be too similar to their counterparts. Tingle would be an interesting character to see (kinda like seeing agitha make an appearance). The only transformation mask I would want to see is the fierce diety mask because A Goron and Zora character have already been confirmed

In my opinion, this game is worth every single penny it cost! They really seemed to try to cram everything to make this the best game possible in it's respective genre/lane. I'm HERE for it! Nintendo looks to be having a great year this year. So many great games coming and or have been released for the Wii U (especially), as well as the 3DS.

3 things that bug me: 1.) The mob enemies don't look like they put up a fight. 2.) The men (most of them) that present these direct videos for any game are so... stiff. They are like statues. Are they not able to relax, or are they being restricted from moving? 3.) Girls that openly laugh and talk with closed mouths... what are they, ventriloquists?
