What do you use to get the pictures on your thumbnails? I really want pictures like that for my thumbnails for GW2. P.s: why do you call Chomper chomp?

use a program like paint.net or photoshop to make them transparent with the wand tool.

how do you get hyrule legends on Wii u? I checked the store but it's not there.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy hyrule warriors legends on 3ds which comes with a code that transfers the characters to the wii u.

So, I bought Legends as well, is there any reason to keep playing through their adventure maps if I can just transfer the new characters to the Wii U version? Because the Wii U also gets the DLC packs as well

Depends which you prefer. Wii U I've already put plenty of hours into and have a ton of materials and unlocks so thats my main game. Legends Legend mode is better and I like to play it to kill time when out somewhere.
