I really think Skull Kid should have a Majora's Wrath Transformation. I'm quite disappointed he doesn't. Also, having the boss remains from the 4 different Majora's Mask Temple bosses flying around attacking (like in MM's final boss fight) would have been an option for an attack too. But I'm not surprised because Young Link certainly did not live to his full potential in this game either. Well, I guess it's better than nothing at all.

Young Link doesn't have enough moves from Majora's Mask. Being OP/powerful because of the FDL form has nothing to do with my complaint. I would've liked Young Link to have the Zora, Goron, and Giant transformations. The Great Fairy Sword would've been another option (just to name a few things). Feel free to disagree, but I think it is safe to say that Young Link had more potential.

Even before seeing this video I thought that Skull Kid/Majora's Mask made less sense as a fighter than as a boss. I just had a hard time believing it because the moveset really is just not there. Even in Hyrule Warriors most of the attacks are using Tael and Tatl which doesn't even make a lot of sense. That kind of "this will do" gameplay might be okay in Dynasty Warriors, but that isn't going to fly with the level of presentation in Smash. Literally all Majora's Mask does is float, curse you, attack with tendrils and energy beams/blasts. Sounds like a boss eh. However I will say that Sakurai has done some incredible creative work like with Duck Hunt and ZSS. Like he literally just said "that gun is also a whip now guys" and it was fine. So he can do he do it again here? Sure, but it will be harder than anything else he has had to put into Smash thus far. At least Ridley was an obvious wingsclawstailbreath type of fellow.

Kalm Unibias tbh....Skull Kid can have a creative move set. His specials can be based off of unique attacks from the four temple bosses... he can also use attacks from the final boss fight like the whips

It still just really comes down to taking a lot of creative effort to design a moveset that makes sense, looks pleasing, and works in the game all together. This can be said of any character, and Skull Kid particularly would surprise me to arrive at such a level of quality. I'll be so happy and blown away if it happens though.

Kassandra Weißmann its Skull Kid btw. The eshop dlc comes in May but if you buy Legends (came out today), you'll get a scratch code in the box. If you use a coin where the silver part is it'll reveal a code. Go to eshop, then redeem code. Then put it in and bam. Not only have you got that character but 4 others and a ridiculously OP weapon
