I think they are still considered as indie. HIGHGRND is indeed an agency, but Tablo and YHS said in an interview that HIGHGRND is more focused on indie artists (HYUKOH, Code Kunst, The Black Skirt, Punchnello, millic, Incredivle, offonoff). CEO Yang even said that he never takes part in HIGHGRND's decisions and only met HYUKOH once (he never meets other HIGHGRND's artists).
