The Dishonor route sees you choosing the Muramasa for bosses through the whole playthrough. Rather distinctly, on top of being cursed, it also harbors the soul of a certain young girl that had the misfortune to meet her end by it, and now only wishes for destruction. If you do use it, you cannot spare bosses (Save for the fight with Asgore, in which you are forced to use it because he broke your Masamune.) - and it will hurt you if you re-sheathe it without dealing damage. Eventually, its bloodlust grows to a point where you can no longer control it - and thus, you turn its blade on yourself.
