I have greater respect for Son Ye Jin now that I learn that she is certified Pilates instructor. Pilates is not easy, it requires, strength and great flexibility. I am learning it now and I KNOW it is good exercise but requires skill. Go for it, HB, ask SYJ to instruct you. You will be glad you did!
