After watching Lip and Hip live performance at MMA, I have a new found respect for her! Korea needs a strong female artist like her because honestly, most of us would get judged just like her if we tried to express our sexuality freely and confidently. I used to be quite skeptical about her concepts (cos I wasn't sure where she was going with it) and music but now I am 100% fan. Her MMA stage has proved that she is indeed the queen of K-Pop. When I was watching your video, I was laughing and screaming 'I KNOW", basically at least once every minute as if you could hear me, because your opinion looks so much like mine that it felt like a meeting of minds. It felt like trying to imagine about how myself gushing about Hyuna must look like. Hyuna is so fierce, and I actually think she's a good role model with her confidence in herself, and how she doesn't gives a damn about the K-POP 'manefactured cutesy girl' image most other females artists and girlgroups have. She is a great, sexy queen. Also, if you might not have noticed yet, if you link the english lyrics to the video, you'll see some signs it's basically about going through puberty and discovering your own sexual attractiveness. The red panties, I swear they mean menstruation. Western media having such a reference to a period is practically unheard of, let alone South-Korea! She literally gave zero fucks about even such taboos. How is a woman lika Hyuna a bad thing? We should embrace this woman as the queen she is! I swear, the video of BABE was only less sexual then her others in general, was because of the message. Many have all theorized that it is about how the industry tries to force the cutesy girl act on idols. She clearly toned down the sexiness so she could indirectly say she disliked the industry through song on tv, because less sexiness, more chance to being broadcasted. I am so glad I watched this, because seeing another A-ing like me is just wonderful :)
