Sir we are owning a hyundai accent for the past 19 years... It's awesome... Still touches 100 in 2nd gear... But... The rear legroom is poor and no one can sit at the back if I drive it... My height is 6 feet 2 inches.... And ground clearence is a big issue... I know the DNA of the car very well because we are having it for so long and we have decided to keep it till it becomes absolutely dead... We have a lot of memories and emotional attachments so we are keeping it

I wouldn't be wrong, If I should say Accent is a feminine car. Beautiful and strong as the Lioness! She has to be expensive to maintain. She runs on Liquid and gas. I often clocked 160+ kmph in 2010 on the Indore Bhopal highway. The road and my car were young. Now in 2021, on a beautiful stretch of road enroute to Bhopal from Gwalior, again I clocked 160 kmph. The road was old, my car is old, so am I. But my beautiful lioness was roaring. Stable and hugging the road with increasing speed. And screeching stop within a short distance and in a straight line. But i won't try again. I should respect her age and mine😁 PS. This car has a mind of its own. Like the Beetle car of VW. Rather every old car, with a single owner,,, will have!!

I owned accent GLE 2011 on Nov 2018.. Car is awesome on city and its like bullet on highway, nice pickup, awesome performance, steering, best breaking, super steering balance on city, highway and ghat sections. I get milage 13 on cities and 17 on highway when i drive within 100.. Then service cost wud be around 5k or 6k where u can run max to 7k or 8k kms.. Car suited me like my brother, am short 5.1 feet.. Honestly its awesome car..

@@daredevil2241 first of all don't buy 2006 ,or 2005 Model bcz The government's new Vehicle Scrappage Policy has laid down comprehensive guidelines about how old vehicles in the country will be scrapped or discarded. Under this new policy, vehicles older than 15 years will be scrapped or destroyed. ( So go for atleast 2010 ,2011 model :) ( and The Price for 2006 model of accent is i think 80,000 to 1 lacks

Yes the resale value very low because of its high fuel consumption and featureless vehicle. But the vehicle is a very very practical car. I owned this car for 10 yrs and sold it for 1.1 lakh. The current owner is very happy with the vehicle. It will never let you down at any moment whether it be in the city ,in the high way or even on the hill you will Just love driving. The ride quality , handling ,nvh leve, pick up and count what you want from a vehicle . Maintenance is very low. Only disappointing thing is its mileage. I wish the vehicle from hyundai with modern features.
