Middle row seat doesn't look as comfortable as the Hector plus or the Safari & the centre console too looks like an aftermarket thought. Nevertheless, having a rear seat wireless charging pad is a good touch & is quite practical too. Good job Hyundai 👍👍

The tail section is an oddity and doesn't tie-up to the rest vehicle's design. As for the price bracket, those hard plastics everywhere is big no-no in my opinion and there should have been things like rear ventilated bucket seats for the chauffeur driven crowd or even a better engine than the naturally aspirated petrol which any given day is way cheaper to build than the turbo ones.
@PranavShroti3 жыл бұрын
Not a fan of those interiors trim, digital instrument cluster is a real nice touch, but they could have done bit more to differentiate with its sibling. Quality of materials dosent look that much better than Creta. Generic tailgate design is not matching with front style, looks like a half-breed. Must say, Dual exhaust pipes looks out of place in such family oriented car. Excellent review Rohit… you don’t leave anything… all topics covered.

Price seems to be closer to that of Innnova... Ex-showroom 16laks + and 3 lakhs more than Creta... All you get is poor 1.5l Diesel engine and how the heck can it be powerful to carry 7 people ?? Review does not make sense... Saw another review on autodrive where it is clearly said diesel engine struggles to power up with 7 ppl... Imagine creta 7 people and that's what is Alcazar.. For me it is out of race and waiting for upcoming 7 seater SUVs ... 115PS for 7 seater and price to that of innova ??? No way
@SPM_SS3 жыл бұрын
Not everyone wants a diesel. The refined petrol, dealership network and availability of spares for years, is good enough for many to choose this. And the 6th and 7th seats won't be used 90% of the time, in many cases. The mid spec innova costs as much as a fully loaded alcazar, with less features than the base alcazar.

Definitely Not Worth Underpowered Engine No Comfort And Space In Last Row Only Features Worst Safety Marazzo Is Way Better in Every Aspect ❣️❤️
@TheLazyWandererMys3 жыл бұрын
I honestly feel Mahindra has sort of neglected the Marazzo. I drove it couple of years ago when it came out and almost bought it, only issue was my dad would have hard time driving because of the size and hence we settled for something smaller. But since the launch Mahindra hasn't really don't much in terms to update the Marazzo, it mostly caters to Taxi segment these days. Alcazar caters to a different end of the segment than Marazzo, it isnt marketed as a people mover. Though both have similar no of seats, Alcazar is more premium product. Unlike earlier where each segment had one particular type of vehicle, these days you get similar products that cater to different priorities, which means more choice and yes i think Alcazar is too pricey even with all that kit on offer. Marazzo is no doubt a good product but it needs a more zesty engine and interiors/features to match its competitors and a aesthetic overhaul too.

@@mejoe66 what is "fuel cost performance" ? Not everyone has mileage on top of the priority list. Some prefer refinement. Plus with the 10 year limit on diesels in most metros and more restrictions coming, petrol is starting to make sense. Performance? Which performance enthusiasts prefers laggy diesels over naturally aspirated petrol? Diesel is cheaper but not free. With the average 1 lac premium over their petrol variants, it'll take the average driver 4-6 years to recover the costs, so the cost factor makes no sense. By the time you recover the initial costs of buying the diesel variant, it'll be time to change a car. Diesels make sense only if you drive 100 km+ daily. So basically taxis.
