So even if cars can charge faster than 80 kW, the chargers are just not there (nor will they exist in abundance during the lifecycles of any current EV in India).

NMC is not good. It gives around 1500 charge cycles ( 12-15yrs ) while LFP gives 2500-3000 charge cycles ( 20-25 years ).

Nmc has less charging cycle comparing to lfp chemistry, so in long term nmc cause you to replace your cell 2 year early as compare to lfp, Nmc cells are way to cheap than lfp, so choosing nmc chemistry and still solding it for 17 lakh when there are already nexon which have lfp chemistry in 14 lakh , biggest L move from Hyundai , jinko difference nhi pta nmc aur lfp ka wahi lenge sirf

Add one testing point too on EV's, red back light on hoti hai ki nahi at level 1 or lowest regen. This is important as पीछे वाला close चल रहा है तो बड़ा पास आ जाता है jab regen से गाड़ी Slow ho and red light na jale to, nexon main level 1 pe on nahi hota unless physical brakes are pressed too.

Only after that will people consider buying these soul less battery boxes on 4 wheels as they won't be INCONVENIENT at least. But until then, ICE Vehicles/Hybrids are the PRESENT. Seems lackluster and the below 60kWh battery with hanging battery is a negative. NMC battery has higher degradation long term. Cost cutting is glaringly visible, I was advising my cousin to upgrade his 8yr old creta petrol to this, but probably will persuade him for Atto3 or Omoda E5 61kWh (they are top selling here in Nepal)

In 3 years in India 4 made in India Ev battery factory will be up and running , battery costs for EV cost will come down 26% for all EVs. It's too early to invest in EVs . Cost to recovery, you will lose a minimum of 30%. Buy a small hatchback and wait and watch

i don't think any informed consumer would buy this car. The newer electric vehicles like the Tata Curvv, Mahindra BE 6 have a dedicated platform for their electric vehicles, giving them an advantage of increased range and proper placement of the battery pack unlike the creta where it can get damaged due to our uneven roads. Moreover it is really stupid that this car is going to have NMC batteies instead of LFP which all the other new gen cars using. NMC has considerably less charging cycles and a higher rate of degradation compared to LFP and they are more suited to cold climates.
