Hyundai Elantra was launched in the early 2021 in Pakistan. In this ownership review, we will talk about the owner's perspective and the decision making process that led him to purchase the new Elantra in Pakistan. In this video, we have discussed about the practicality of Elantra along with its fuel average, dealership experience and owner's satisfaction. One of the recent changes include a reduction of 150,000 PKR from Hyundai Pakistan. Whilst the Elantra was launched and bought by this car's owner for 4,050,000 PKR, now the price of the new Elantra has been reduced to 3,899,000 PKR. This makes it more compelling than any other car in its league.
In terms of the maintenance schedule, the oil change of Elantra is required after every 5000 Kms and it would cost around 5000-5500 PKR to get it changed. The recommended oil for Elantra's 2.0L engine is 0w-30.

Corolla Altis grande has rear reclining seats with two adjustments, you guys are mixing reclining seats with spilt folding ones. This same reclining feature comes in most toyotas as mark x, camry etc. Hope you look forward to this!

Currently with the price of Civic and Corolla with old shape and a high price tag, Elantra is a great buy for the price and what it offers 1)The wheel arches of Elantra has proper sound deadning materials like JDM vehicles which neither corolla or civic has 2)8 way auto adjustable seats which even the CIVIC RS which costs above 6.5 million does not offer 3)Welcoming lights in car door handles which is a small thing but for the price even CIVIC RS does not offer that 4)Passenger adjustable seat which neither corolla or civic has 5)Try removing the door panels and check how the doors have been sealed with proper fittings which no PKDM vehicle has There is a lot offered by Elantra as compared to other vehicles All these features under 5 Million are impossible to find in any PKDM Vehicle, Kindly make a review of Elantra 1.6 vs Elantra 2.0 as well so people can actually know what the 1.6 offers for the price and what the competitors are offering.

Can anyone of you please further elaborate tyres issue...BG Luxo is an absolute no go...means another 70/85k would have to be spent to bring noise and comfort level to Grande level...i opted for FL Corolla as Honda Civic's tyre noise was getting on my nerves especially on highways

Yes, the tyre noise of BG Luxo’s is pretty loud as compared to Yokohama/Pirelli’s. However, the driving comfort of Elantra is class leading in my opinion.

I guess the Major difference between Elantra GL and GLS has thats of Engine size and driving features like GLS has different driving modes , cruise control automatic trunk opener else i guess there isnt any major changes in both the variants. In my case i usually drive in the city in where rare case i drive to the highways so cruise control feature is totally useless to me. So i should go for GL variant and Save nearly Half a miliion

I personally prefer civic/Corolla. 1) Time proven 2) Both have better global reception. 3) In other countries Elantra is about 3-4 lac PKR less than Honda/Toyota. 4) The only attraction is shorter lead times.

why would anyone buy old generation elantra . Civic and corolla are both latest generation. Also elantra has torsion beam rear suspension while civic has multi link independent rear suspension which improves handling
