Hyundai Elantra P0301 Misfire Troubleshooting and Fix same for P0302 P0303 P0304

Misfire codes P301 P302 P303 P0304, usually points to an ignition coil or sparkplug. this car had its sparkplugs changed about 30k miles ago, but it also ran into flood waters and the engine sucked up some water and had stalled out a month before. So after the coil change, it still had a slight vibration that needed to be driven around and to burn out the unburned fuel in the cylinder and in the Catalytic Converter. But I felt better to replace all 4 Sparkplugs afterwards..
