Hyundai i30N Hatch PD FL 2021 | Full Flow Designs Splitter Kit Installation

Used this vid to install a flow kit on my partners i30N today, super helpful to have! Front splitter and rear diffuser/spats were very easy. The side skirts were a beach… The supplied bolt with the tool was the wrong thread size. Only had maybe 3 jack nuts not spin when installing. Had to jam a straight pick in there to stop them spinning till they pulled up enough to finish off. Have one that has spun after completely crushing… need to try replace. Some suggestions from my experience, don’t drill through the 8mm holes when installing the side skirt, just use the 8mm to create a centre for the 11mm. Makes for a cleaner 11mm hole as the drill won’t grab the plastic so aggressively. On the rear spats make sure not to drill the front hole too close to the corner of the bar, otherwise the washer won’t fit on the inside.

Why are the skirts on the wrong side fins always go at the back

They actually don't on the flow kits as you can see pictured here, this is how they are designed to be placed.
