This seems to be last option to have some sort of daily highlights now, since redbull tv do not offer daily highlights anymore and I just refuse to pay 120€ for wrc tv nonsense. I would agree to pay 60€ or up tp 70€ max, I do not need ERC nor TV, I want WRC+ back, just all live + option to review onboards, thats all.

rally.tv and wrc+ ısthesame bullshit. sınce the wrc+ came first time all the highlights droppe from full hd 50 fpsto lower resolutions and low frame ratewith connection drops all the time. good riddance to wrc. i aint watching anymore

It depends on what country they are in. In monte they don't need the plates. In other rallies they do need them. They will have them in sweden as an example. Both front and rear. So it's due to local regulations. Some countries don't require it for competition vehicles during competitions. (Actually Monte might be the only one where that is the case)

In France the registration plate is not need as is replaced for the rally number, as monte runs mostly on French roads, French regulations are used

Can somebody tell me? Since the hybrids are off the cars and now these rally 1 cars producing 370+ PS of power and the weight is also reduced considerably. So which one is faster last year hybrid Rally 1 cars or this new one?

I think if it went to drivers vote, most drivers would either want a southern hemisphere first round of the WRC, or choose not to run Monte Carlo. It's a safety hazard, and basically is only a advertisment for a rich man's tax haven. It's not a great rally to spectate, and not a great rally for drivers either.
