This is one of the most absurd cases I have heard in a long time. Even after paying 10s of lakhs of rupees, the company provides you with a pathetic defective product. Hyundai should provide a swift solution to Mr. Akul Rao or else we will not be buying Hyundai cars in the future.

Mail your concern to Hyundai India. You only have two solutions either they repair or replace it or you buy an after market unit. please share the video with your near and dear ones so that this issue can be broadcasted to larger no. of people and they be aware about this extended warranty trick which Hyundai is playing. bhai mein aaj service centre ja ke aya aur unko bola ki company 3 yrs warranty deti hai, starting me to wo bol rahe the ki apke SX model me type D ka touch screen ata hai usme sirf 2 saal ki warranty ati hai but then meine bola company ke website pe 3 yrs hai Meine actually Hyundai india ko mail kiya aur proof bhi dikhaya ki apne website me 3 yrs dikha rha hai aur ye service centre wale bol rhe hai ki apke gadi ko 2 saal se jyada samay ho chuka hai, to unhone direct Hyundai service centre me call kiya hoga, to waha se mujhe bulaya tha tab bohot baat karne ke bad wo bole 2 months tak time lagega naya wala head unit ane me. Meine bola tab tak meri 3 yrs warranty bhi khatam ho jayegi. Wo bole don’t worry apki aaj complaint dali hai , apki replace karke de denge…. In fact starting me bol rhe the ki hum apko apni taraf se goodwill 50% discount de rahe hai remaining aap bhar lo, meine unhe sirf itna bola Aap mujhe bas wo head unit 2 yrs warranty ka hai uska screenshot do ya link share karo jisme ye sab mentioned hai……. Bohot time bad unhe laga ki ye banda dubara se head offic me complaint karega to finally wo mera unit replacement ke liye razi ho gaye…😀😀😀 Sorry for long reply😅😅😅😅

Exactly same problem in my verna. I have done same extended warranty but they said Audio parts are no covered in extended warranty. They are provided by external vendor. Please revert back if you find any solution?
