disconnect and try it one more time. Bro you need latest android phone or phone should support this car. This android auto is not available for all android phones as per user manual

@@sushilnawadkar it got solved. Apperently in factory they had did a test by connecting multiple devices and the infotainment system got overloaded. so when they factory reset the infotainment system, it got fixed.
