I-129F Processing Times || October 2024 Update || What Happened next after I-129F Approved (NOA2)

All right, I’m gonna have a couple of questions here. Our K-1 visa 129F is showing a status of being at the front of the line between late March and late April 2025. Currently, we are in the California servicing center and seen a very sharp down point and how many cases are processing a day. They were averaging processing around 80 cases a day in the last week they’ve dropped below 40 and then today they only did four cases yesterday! What is the reason for such a massive declined and how many cases the processing for the K-1 129F visas? I can’t imagine they only processed four cases yesterday they not have any potty in the office working it’s not even a holiday? we do receive our approval and welcome letter. I’m not understanding what additional amount of money we need to pay for since I’ve already paid for the processing fee for the California servicing center. My visa is already been paid for through rapid visa services. I’m not understanding what additional fees we’re gonna have to pay for and those fees gonna lay across my fiancé or is it something I’m gonna have to pay for? I do know that he’s gonna have to pay a fee once he turns in his filing after we get, the approval from the 129 but I’d like to know why there are such a downtrend in California claiming that a visa is about a nine month waiting period when it looks right now only processing for visas a day as of yesterday there’s no way that this is gonna be a nine month process! We’re supposed to hear back in less than five months so is there a reason why this trend is below even 50 right now per day?

I sent my RFE info by fedex and it shows it was delivered but my status hasn’t changed to “ RFE Received “ what should I do?

It takes time to chane to staus . It may take up to 8 weeks

I paid for TMVN and it is saying about 11 months. Hope its wrong.
