We got I130 approved but when my husband had his interview in his home country it was denied do to immoral purtude. This happen in his country he has never been here ever. It's bee. 10 years now. We filled i601 waiver and the attorney made a mistake and made sign and not my spouse 2 1/2 years wait for nothing because of that reason they denied the i601 waiver. My heart aches and financial burden falls all on me now. Please help!! How can I reach you for a consultation???
