What a beautiful drive. The amazing scenery is almost hypnotic. As someone from overpopulated North Jersey, I can't conceive of a highway being so empty. It actually seems creepy to me, like it's a liminal space. Your video is so clear, it was like I was there. That camera is amazing. Thank you for posting.

This video was posted perfect timing, I just was reading a book where the author moved to Butte for a short time and I wondered in my mind what it looked like. I wonder no more!

Now, that's one pretty good downhill. They call it Big Sky Country, and they're not kidding. Make sure you get that gas tank full. Great views, not too many billboards, and enough places to either cool the brakes or put on those chains. Imagine when it was old two-lane US 91.
