Sorry Brad but I suspect it happens to the very best. There's this sense of power that's unleashed in the context of good fortune / good run / good play. One starts thinking they can run over the table. There's a misconceived sense of overestimating ones own skill and underestimating the skill of an opponent. Reality returns.

Hi, Brad! I have 2 questions for you if you don’t mind. 1. How do you mentally and emotionally recover from either a bad beat loss or a big hand loss? 2. Do you ever feel restless when playing, especially in tournaments? How do you refocus if you do? Love your videos! My husband and I watch them together. I’m relatively new to poker and learn a lot from your videos. I appreciate the commentary because it helps understand the thought process behind your decisions. I feel like I’ve become a better player (not your level…yet 😁) from watching your vlogs. Thank you in advance if you answer my questions and thank you for the videos!

That's one thing to remember for the future. Never do monster bluffs without any outs at all like that KJ hand. You can simply find better spots then being overcreative like that. Respect for putting this out. I didn't think you played so bad in this one. You put alot of pressure. Only that KJ hand. I like to have minimum a gutshot on a huge bluff, at the absolute minimum worst of my range is always a gutshot. Going crazy with nothing needs to work such a high % of the time to be profitable it's impossible to make it so. Even if you get away with it 5 times in a row and lose the sixth one did you make any money? Probably not. Rough days happens for everyone. Your opponents played well and had the slightly better hand quite abit in this one.

Ya know, everybody talks about the punt like it's the absolute worst thing ever. You'd obviously prefer to "score a TD" on every possession. But that's just not realistic. Punt is a legitimate play in FB and should not be so derided in poker. Poker is a social game. And letting the other guy "have the football" is part of healthy social interaction. Even rats understand this. Seriously, researchers did a study where they paired up alpha rats with beta rats. Believe it or not, they like to play with each other. What is interesting is that sometimes, the alpha rat lets the beta win. It keeps the beta coming back to play next time. Just consider that KJ hand the price of advertising for a professional. When you make a play like that try your hardest to not be so sulky about it. Laugh about it. Table your hand and brag about it! Make the game fun. Cheers!

Looks like you've been watching too many videos of all these other pop up "poker" vloggers who you can tell have no clue what they're doing but seem to make "cool" videos.. please don't let them influence your play- you're a thousand times better player than they are... Just keep playing your game! you bluffed WAYY too much in this vlog and as you already know- that is a recipe for loosing 4k on a consistent and constant basis!

Hi Brad you are a legend because you are one of those that shows everything and it gives people hope because we all make mistakes (tilt) and you show it all. Thanks for that and I hope you will do better next time. Question: Do you live out of poker or you have another job beside that? Sorry for my English I am french :) , you remember about surrenduring ? Ahahahah

WTF? You played like a fish. Even the wins were gambles. Frankly you were lucky to just lose $4K 🤔 Great vlog, and useful analysis, but what was going on in your head tonight?

Im not here to coach... But ive been grinding for along time. I do very well for myself... I never bluff... And I play smart... I will gamble from time to time when pot odds are in effect. You play way to many hands with nothing on the board.. I really don't see you make money.. I would eat you alive.. You need to rethink your strategy somewhat. I was a tourney player for over 20 years. And was so tight with my play and with that made the final tables alot.. I turned to a cash player. But still play the same . bottom line.. Learn to fold.. And stop thinking about everyone's range and assuming you always have them beat... Because there thinking thebsame thing about you. Dont ever go all in unless you have the nuts.. Or pot odds are to great.. Hope your play gets better.

I always enjoy watching your games. The question I would like to know, why don’t you play in the World Series of poker in Vegas. Will you be playing in 2022. Good Luck.

Sorry but I noticed you’ve been betting too big where you have very strong hands, and end up losing so much value. You can accomplish the same thing (balancing with your bluffs) if you bet like 80% pot or equal pot. Instead you’ve been betting over pot.

This by far is one of your best vlogs and by that I mean the most raw and authentic vlog you have put out .I could see the distraught in your face and the disappointment. You were at a loss for words at the end of the video. You acknowledged your lack of discipline. Don't forget as poker players we go down hard sometimes because we're so passionate about the game. There was definitely a bright side here, if a game doesn't feel right or you just don't feel one hundred percent there, you should definitely think about going home or maybe go burn🔥100 at slots and call it a night. 🎰🎰

Rivers casino in Pittsburgh has a good poker room. Hit it on a weekend end night after a game lets out as the stadium’s are close by. Lots of boozy guests. By the way, love your coriography. Hope things work. Look me up on Facebook I will meet you at casino😃🌈🤙

Brad I don't know if you'll ever read this, but I'm a pretty accomplished never will be poker player and I laughed my ass off at your punt commentary at the end. Enjoy your painting and keep being aggressive, this is just a dip in your sky rocketing return to your investments.

Bummer if a session Brad. Got wrecked last night in the local weekly tournament. Worst and last hand? KJ suited that I should have three bet, but didn’t for some odd reason, flopped a J, turned a K, 5 river… lost the all in to a flopped set of twos… Yeah KJ s…

You win some, you lose some. Hey Brad. We're not upset with your punts, if anything it shows you're not a robot and that you're as human as can be. Good luck for future sessions. My tip.. get better at your water bottle flip side of your game, clearly leaking 😏😂

I used to use a penny like that. Did a private two table tourney.. I left table 1 with everything.. high stack.. I wouldn’t even look.. bet heads.. fold tails.. a buddy got pissed after quad aces 3 times in a row. Flushed my penny down the toilet.. super pissed still

betting 1200 on a 5XX pot with no outs, not even semi bluff. Very bad I'd say. Especially against someone who min 3 bets, those semi beginners always rather overrate their hands

I would have called table on him and had the pit boss come he said CALL first the dealer goes you CALL NO NO if I then started his Garb about the IF I land on this I call or this I fold I know he was just trying to playing it off I would have said play back the video he said CALL and dealer sensed that he was being sarcastic or not for sure so He asked him again that first CALL pronouncement i believe is binding Brad wins but he is a class act better man I would have done all kidding the guy would have been table that hand with me

Did your PR advisors tell you to lose graciously to get more views? Or losing a couple Gs isn’t a big deal anymore? I seen you lose in the past and you apologized n said you do better. Something fishy 🧐🤨🃏🃏

Brad used to play tight because he needed the wins. Now he is calling all ins thinking , I know I am going in light but it's only another 2k, my KZbin check has that covered. He has gone from card player to gambler.

Wow, someone open limping in a 5-10 in Vegas, didn’t think there was a lot of that in 2021. I would assume most the recreational at 5-10 are on the overly aggressive or sticky with top pair rather than loose passive,

You are a good player, but when a guy is raising you from the blinds and calling 1.5 times pot on the flop and the turn doesn´t change much, you can expect him to call your All in fairly regularly. the more because most players would never jam sets on the turn.
