This is one of the roads I really wanted you to film in the area. I-75 is surprisingly still at 70 throughout (besides the current construction).

I remember taking this route with my family to Cape Coral where there is an airbnb house that is owned by a neighbor of ours back in december of 2017. Still though we travelled through the Keys back then

I-75 through the Tampa Metropolitan Area has got to be one of few time when one of the main interstates doesn’t pass through the central business district.

Its actually a history thing. I-275s current route was to be the original I-75, with a terminus at the I-4 junction. I-4 was then supposed to continue over the bridge. Because of population booms, they almost made a turnpike, but the government decided to do a reroute, and extend it south and east to Miami.

I-75 is more like a partial beltway around Tampa, so it’s more suburban. Even most of that sprawls along US 19 for many miles.
