At 19 minutes he states he hopes Equinox would like to acquire I-80 until they need additinal cash..well that time came very early and they sold arguably at the lowest level I-80 has ever hit. I know Equinox needed the cash but seling now vs 1-3 months from now means they know I-80 is having problems executing.
