Drove I-84 last month, out (OR&WA) and back! A dusting of snow made the mountains and up from Echo to Evanston, WY beautiful! Only a few trains spotted; one by Taggard going into a tunnel was pretty cool! Couple of years ago, was a massive Bald Eagle standing in a field; against the snow, was impressive! Thanks Mike!

The snow just enhances what were already great views. Kudos also to the engineering and construction people who managed to squeeze out enough right-of-way for safe traffic out of US 30S and US 189, two old twisty two-laners.
