RE: R Key run: Maybe do a marathon to see how long you can chain R Keys together by: 1. Get an R key, go to Dark Room, and kill The Lamb. 2. Take the victory lap to refresh the item pools, then use the R key from the first run to leave the victory lap, but still have the refreshed item pools. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you don't get an R key or you've had enough.

heres an alternative way to 100% destroy your marathon 1) use magic skin 3 times 2) get spindown dice 3) get infinite charge (sharp plug, old bandage, gimpy, shard of glass…) 4) How I Got INFINITE R Keys (schoolbag optional but recommended) reason why this works: magic skin is suprisingly close to r key in terms of id (like.. 6 id’s?) added bonus: you can get infinite death certs relatively easy using this exact method

A few days ago, I decided to go for the DELETE THIS (TMTRAINER) challenge. And the run I ended up with was possibly the most Wavy Cap run of all time. The items I got were: 1. A passive item that upon pickup of anything, activated Wavy Cap and created 2 Spin to Win orbitals, reset after every room 2. An active item that dropped itself upon usage. This item was abused in conjunction in 1 to obtain insane tear rate 3. A passive item that upon dealing enough damage, activated Wavy Cap effect and created a Yo Listen! familiar 4. A passive item that upon clearing the room, deleted all existing items/pickups in the room and spawned an invincible, static Level 2 Charger on Isaac's current position that also damages Isaac. This was pretty much the only item that worked against me and made later parts of the run harder to farm. Now, due to the Wavy Cap popping constantly, it was both the most unwatchable and unexpectedly overpowered run I've had in Isaac. I strongly considered resetting this run because while you can make the Wavy Cap's nausea effect go away every time you exit+continue, Wavy Cap also made you temporarily slower, meaning that I had both 120 tear rate and below Magdalene speed. This meant that avoiding enemies was often times near-impossible, but it didn't matter because it turned out that I also had 6. A passive item that gave Pluto 7. A passive item that upon taking any damage that isn't self-inflicted, uses Glowing Hourglass And that made Isaac functionally invincible. It was so overpowered that not only did I complete the challenge, I also actually beat Hush in first try. How I didn't get hit by Hush is completely beyond me. The Wavy Cap did destory my eyeballs though. Props to Mattan for making me commit to Dead God progress

i just got a new (atleast to me) broken synergie, with it i made it to boss rush in 10 min and hush in 15, i finished boss rush in like 2 min and hush in less than a minute, its from what i can see, monstro lungs and ludovico (i also have playdough cookie, style is important), use it knowing that it does make the game lag A LOT, its shooting tears without any cooldown (like soy milk but you dont need to have it), so yeah thats all, i just wanted to share that, and like always great videos Mattman, continue like that, and i was also using azazel (i think that having brimstone will give you the same result) small update having brimstone is way worse for the lagging

If you're getting bored with certain runs, I recommend using the Sewing Machine mod. Basically give you a few new shop items and the ability to upgrade your familiars (some with unique or better things).. like Rotten Baby for example. When fully upgraded, it gives 2 flies and a locust.. or Ice Cube baby gets an ice aura effect.
