Well I mean it's better they just tell you there's no warranty with this instead of the stuff they (and other tool brands) do *say* there's a warranty on, and then make up every excuse in the book to deny or invalidate your warranty claim anyhow.

Someone I work with (as n industrial electrician) had one of those. It was real handy sometimes but it stopped working after not very many uses. Not really sure what went wrong or if it could be fixed. Definitely a time saver when you don't plan far enough ahead and realize you need to drive a screw into a the side of a box that is only a few inches wide.

Ive had a few of them and broke them all, but I always feel like ive got my money out of them before they broke. real problem is that if it does break there isnt any warranty to fall back on.

When using this with compact bits they get stuck in there and only about 3mm of driver bit sticks out. Needed to use vice grips to get it out then use a longer bit which defeats the purpose of it's small form factor.

That's funny cause i just got a warranty replacement in the mail today. I might have been a bit strategic with my wording when taking to customer service through the live chat though 😅 or i just so happened to luck out

they did say that they listen to issues on a case by case basis, but there is no formal warranty. awesome that you got a replacement!
