You're so nice Anne for trying to eat balut and you experienced one of our food. We have a very good balut here in our place and we call it (balut sa puti), once you peel off the shell of the egg, you cannot see the fetus inside because it was covered by white of the egg. I think you can eat it without any hesitation. Anyway, i do appreciate your effort on trying to show everybody that you can eat balut. Congratulations to you and to your husband. God bless us all.
