This is almost exactly like what happened to me as a child! I had a penny in a bottle and kept playing with it, making the penny go in and out my mouth. I swallowed it, ran crying to my mom in hysterics, and because she couldn't understand everything that was wrong she made me regurgitate by force. I couldn't eat whipped cream for a decade plus. I think I had whipped cream and then was playing with the coin. It was traumatic. Kids are stupid, curious beings. 🤣🤣🤣
