If you're not already going to the gym, try it. I know it's overwhelming because you want to work on your 2 habits, but it's 3 habits in 1. Doing gym gets you tired, which helps with sleeping early, and it also gets you hungry af which helps with eating more. Your body wants these things more when working out so you have your mind and your body helping you make the habits. See if it works for you.

Hey just trying to help here wath works for me is linking the things I like to do together with the tinghs I hate, like doing my chores while watching your channel. This can help you do things you hate to do like say eathing and control the things you love a bit to mush to do like in your case playing coc. you could for example wake up early and as a reward you can do 2 attacks while you eat breakfast. Love your channel and hope you can keep your plans going

In the mornings you should force yourself up as soon as you realize youre awake and go for a small walk outside and some quick exercises like pushups and crunches inside, if its too cold you can skip the walk, then a quick shower afterwards and some food, if you can keep a schedule like this going for a few months every day you'll be set
