I added a bucket grapple to my BX2230

I added, as my wife called it, "a little scooper thing" to my loader bucket on my BX2230. I got it from Green's Machine - www.greens-mach... - and the diverter from Ken's Bolt On Hooks - www.boltonhook...
The loaders on the first and second gen BX are a little different than the later tractors, and I couldn't find any videos of grapples on these older BX, so I wanted to show anyone else looking to do what I did how I did it!

How’s this holding up? I really want to get a everything attachments grapple for my 2230. Also my loader valve stays on the tractor then I disconnect the loader.

Sorry man, I didn't see your comment until now! It's holding up great! The only problem I had is that I had to redesign the bracket I welded to the top of the bucket. Too much herkin' and herkin' to pull stuff out of the ground bent the bracket and the grapple wouldn't close all the way anymore. The fully closed it was still about 6" from the edge of the bucket. The first bracket I made out of two 3" wide 1/8" thick flats. The second time I made it out of 3/16" thick flats, a 3" for the top and a 4" for the back/vertical one. That arrangement made the mount angled down a little more and now it actually overlaps the edge of the bucket without touching it. I also added some little triangles on the edges to reinforce the bracket.
