Pure luck. But sometimes in my team all you need to do to get the ball rolling is initiate the first transfer, presumably From a driver already on the grid

How do you simulate seasons?

I simply just go into the screen where you can do qualifying the races etc and I just go onto the race and press square to ‘skip to and simulate’ the race. Just do that 16 other times and then repeat that 10 times and you’ve finished a simulation
