4:31, like Eon by Renn241, Atomic most likely did this with an editor bypass in MegaHack. The longest a level can be without it is ~12 minutes (depending on speed.) With the hack, you can build further.

My theory on how the level was made past the editor I think after building (or copying) each level it was shoved off to the side cause blocks can go past the end of the editor Or they used mega hack or geode QOL mod Tbh it was probably an obvious theory im not to sure but im sharing this for those who want to see my theory
