I added more Cat Shines to Bowser's Fury

Today we push the limits of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury modding by adding MORE CAT SHINES for Mario in Bowser's Fury! We play the Bowser's Fury part of the new Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury on the Nintendo Switch, and Mario collects new Cat Shines that I've added to Scamper Shores! The Cat Shines that I've added are inspired by the Cat Shines that are normally in Scamper Shores in Bowser's Fury: I added Cat Shines that correspond to the Lighthouse Cat Shine, the Blast the Fury Blocks Cat Shine, the Cat Shine cage, and new locations for the 5 Cat Shine shards!
The game normally has 100 Cat Shines to collect, and in this video, I add some new Cat Shines for Mario and Bowser Jr to collect on their adventure in Bowser's Fury! Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury is a really fun game with great gameplay, and adding more cat shines to the game is a fun way to play this Mario game through modding Bowser's Fury! There are funny Mario moments in this video and great Mario memes to take away from it :D Collecting 100 Cat Shines in this game is a lot of fun, and let's add some more!

The Keys dissappearing with water is a mechanic that really has a lot of potential! you could make a series of brick islands that are too far apart to jumo while holding a key, so you have to jump and throw the key in midair so it makes it to the next island

Yeah, that's such a cool idea! I think there are so many cool mechanics that can be used with keys and cat shine prisons :D An entire mod could be made based off of carrying around those keys to different islands!

if there werent unbreakable brick blocks everywhere and the first shine used those weird platforms that appear when you get close this would almost feel official so if shadow luigi can just phase through anything, maybe try make custom movement for him (if possible) and make him run through walls, giving him an advantage. to make up for you not being a step above life unlike shadow luigi, maybe give the player items along the way, or just a mega mushroom to break through the bricks and get shadow luigi (if you end up using bricks, that is)

Oooh, that's a really great idea about making Luigi purposefully go into walls! We can put a bunch of blocks around, and Luigi runs from one block to another, so it's like Mario is chasing him through an obstacle course 😂

This is a really good idea, I love when mods add new content to these already awesome games! I liked the potential synergy between the first two shines, you have the challenging key mission while you also get the propeller box for the other one plus potentially the shards. The warp blocks for the shortcut and the mission were nice additions, too. This looks like something that I'd enjoy playing myself, good job!

What if as DLC ten new shines appear and one could be a tower and you have to free the cats by beating some enemies and they give you a cat shard then the cat you saved gets out of the tower and at the top you fight boom boom and pom pom with changing spikes on the floor and when you beat them you get the final cat shard and get the first new cat shine.

If your cat shine count is over 999, only the first 3 digits (from the left) show up on your save file, and up to 5 digits show up in the main game when you play! (I tested this on the day the game came out, so it was a while ago, I think I'm remembering correctly!)
